The Veder Formula

The Veder Formula is an intensive three-year project. During that period the Veder Method is implemented in the organization. Components of the project are living room theatre and theatre shows performed by actors of Theatre Veder, as well as extensive training and coaching for employees to be able to apply the method themselves. Further, refresher courses are organized in which trained employees meet each other to exchange ideas on how the Veder Method can be implemented in their work.
